Just as the earth softens and awakens in spring, we invite you to soften into yourself — to peel back the layers, reconnect, and return to the essence of who you truly are.
We’re returning to the breathtaking Skytop Lodge — a place that holds deep beauty and memory — and this return mirrors the inward journey we’ll explore together. Through daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you'll be guided to gently rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath the pace of everyday life.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be supported in rooting into your body and truth — and then rising with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of connection.
We’ll also spend time in nature, taking a mindful walk to gather small treasures — leaves, stones, petals — and create a simple personal piece to reflect your path and intentions. A quiet honoring of where you’ve been and where you're growing.
✨ Your Retreat Includes:
• Daily yoga, breathwork, meditation & sound healing sessions
• All meals from a thoughtfully curated menu (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners)
• Free time to explore Skytop’s 5,500-acre property with walking trails, lake, and waterfall
• Option to participate in resort activities like ziplining, golf, archery, and more (additional fee)
• Water stations, cozy fires, and game room access
